The Astronomical Agency observed this new moon and concluded that it simply doesn't exist; we see it, yet it isn't there. What can it be? Following the appearance of this new moon are dangerous monsters that began to appear and affect the city as a whole. The monsters are referred to as "Kasha" by those that know about them, after the demonic forms that they take on. However, a group of teenagers with special abilites in Kokura High, known as the Astronomy Club, have begun their own search to discover the purpose of this new moon. The Astonomy Club is simply a front for these students, who are both fighting the monsters that are attacking the city as well as scouting the city for people with abilities just like theirs. Makoto, an ally of the Astronomy Club, has stumbled upon the unthinkable; a group of Kasha who have appeared on a night that the False Full Moon has not appeared in the sky. Tensions are high as everyone worries about Izumi's actions and the potential harm that they may cause. Ryou remains blissfully unaware of his abilities, or of the monsters that attack Kokura at night...but for how much longer?
